Community Radio Support Scheme

Since 1998, the BCI has provided funding to community radio stations to undertake important evaluative work to help improve station performance and build capacity within the community radio sector as a whole. The funding offers stations an opportunity to carry out  key review work that will assist overall performance and build capacity. It is regarded as an important development tool for stations and for the community radio sector as a whole.

We were pleased to launch the 2008 Community Radio Support Scheme on April 9th 2008.This year the scheme budget is €45,000.
