Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Act (FOI), 1997, establishes three statutory rights:
The Act asserts the right of members of the public to obtain access to official information to the greatest extent possible consistent with the public interest and the right to privacy of individuals.
The BCI has prepared an Freedom of Information reference booklet which aims to facilitate access to such official information held by the Commission. A link to this document is available below.
