BCI ANNOUNCES DETAILS OF ORAL HEARING FOR LIMERICK LICENCE

A public hearing of the applications for the Limerick City and County franchise will be held in the Castletroy Park Hotel, Dublin Road, Limerick, this coming Monday (November 13th, 2006).  The hearing, which will be held in the Barrington Suite, will commence at 2pm sharp.

The purpose of the public hearing process is to afford the applicant groups an opportunity to present their case for the licence in a public forum and to allow the Commission to clarify certain issues in the applicants’ submissions. 

The applications received by Limerick’s Heart FM and by Limerick’s Live 95FM can be viewed on the BCI’s website, www.bci.ie or by appointment at the BCI’s offices at 2 – 5 Warrington Place, Dublin 2.
