BCI INVITES EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR COMMUNITY SOUND BROADCASTING SERVICE
The Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI) has this week placed an advertisement in the national and relevant local press seeking expressions of interest from parties interested in securing a sound broadcasting contract on the FM band for a community sound broadcasting service for South West Tipp. The service will cover the towns of Tipperary, Cashel and their Environs
Information in respect of the proposed new service should be presented in the format prescribed in the BCI’s Format for the Submissions of Expression of Interest – Community sound Broadcasting Services April 2007. This document is available on the BCI website, www.bci.ie, or on request from the Commission’s offices (email: info@bci.ie or call 01 644 1200).
The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest is 12noon on Monday, 30th April 2007. After consideration by the Commission, all expressions of interest received will be made publicly available.
