BCI ANNOUNCES RECENT CONTRACT SIGNINGS
The Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI) yesterday (June 18th) signed ten-year sound broadcasting contracts with the following existing community and community of interest radio services:

The BCI was represented at the signings by Conor J. Maguire, Chairperson, and Celene Craig, Secretary.
Commenting on the contract signings, Conor J. Maguire said, 'the BCI is delighted to have concluded contract negotiations with these community and community of interest radio stations and wish all those involved every success in operating these services in the future. I am confident that the services they deliver will continue to involve and reflect the communities which they serve and will continue to add to the diversity of radio services on offer to the listeners in each area.
