BCI ANNOUNCES DETAILS OF EIGHTH FUNDING ROUND OF
'SOUND & VISION' FOR RADIO

 

 

 

The Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI) today (6th April) announced details of the eighth funding round of Sound & Vision, the Broadcasting Funding Scheme, for Radio.  

Applications are now invited from programme makers for funding for new radio programmes dealing with the themes of Irish culture, heritage and experience. The Sound & Vision scheme also provides funding for new programmes aimed at improving adult literacy.

 

Application forms and Guidelines for the current round for radio can be downloaded from the BCI website www.bci.ie, or are available by e-mail from sound&vision@bci.ie.  The closing date for receipt of applications is 12.00 noon on Tuesday, 5th May 2009.
